quartus ii sub app windows download is too slow.

quartus ii sub app windows download is too slow. anybody has better suggestions ?

I'm not sure what a "sub app" is.  And you most likely should be downloading Quartus Prime, not Quartus II, which hasn't existed for like a decade at this point.  What exactly are you trying to download that you feel is too slow?

    Hi khee,

    May I ask if you are currently trying to download for the Quartus II Subcription Edition? If so, could you let me know which version you are attempting to download? 

    The download is slow because the package is provided as a large .tar file that includes the full software suite and device support files.

    As suggested by sstrell, it is more recommended to use Quartus Prime. It uses a smaller .exe installer that lets you select only the components and device support you need, which can make the download much faster and easier.
