Quartus II Licence problem...

hi, I wanted to program a simnple program on my DE2 board, but while compiling it displays warning "because of evaluation licence can't create programming files", but I've downloaded licence file FLOATALL type licence, I've showed the path where my licence file is stopred, but it still displays evaluation mode....please help?
