Quartus II lagging for no reason

I've been changing the names of some of the input ports in my circuit, and after saving Quartus lags at an intolerable rate. Scrolling takes five seconds to respond, and I can hardly change anything...

Ah. Well I am using Fedora 9, though I've never experienced this problem besides today when I was switching around names of ports. I really hope Altera resolves this. Thank you very much for your help, I wasn't expecting that anybody would respond.
