Quartus II IDE screen issues

Quartus Prime Lite 16.0

Windows Pro 10

I have attached 2 screen shots of what is going on. From the default screen in the upper left and lower right, those 2 sections are always there even after a schematic screen is displayed.

Notice on the 2nd screen, in the upper left, the drawing doesn't show up where the default advertisement is, notice that my top portion of FF and my counter are cut out. If I scroll down they show up. Also, in the bottom right of the 2nd file, that messed up area is the same location as the default screen "Buy Software", and as I scroll up the drawing that is underneath shows up. You should see what it does to a text file.

Any workarounds?
