Quartus ii functional simulation error

Hi. I had no problem with compilation but during the fuctional simulation, I have some syntax error as the picture posted.

What is wrong with my files?

I also posted my design file

    Hello,
    the problem might be that ModelSim doesn't support .bdf files. Quartus can convert it to HDL.

    The simulator tool Modelsim or Questa has no concept of schematics so convert the bdf file to HDL language is preferred, as mentioned by FvM
