Me and some of my friend are having that problem as well. After testing on several computers, i realize that the problem only happens if you are using Windows 10 Version 1607 (Anniversary update).

If i'm correct, downgrading your Windows 10 version back to 1511 may fix this problem. If anyone have any others way to fix it, please let me know.
