quartus II does not support device family cyclone IV gx

hi everyone, i'm a beginner in the field of FPGA and i'm trying to program a de0-nano. To start, i'm programming some examples from Altera literature. I created the project ok, i generated the input signals (stimulus vector) ok, i configure the simulation setting in "Functional" as the manual say, but i get the next error message when i try to create the netlist:

1-quartus II does not support device family cyclone IV gx

2-quartus II 64-bit Functional Simulation Netlist Generation was unsuccessful...

In a first time i installed only the packages for cyclone family (cyclone IV GX included) of package SP 12.1. After the error i installed the full package for all families but i have the same error. i tryed the Qsim-32 bits instead 64-bits but it is the same.

any idea?
