Quartus II crashes

Hi

I have Quartus II 11.1 sp1. When I open this and click on New Project Wizard, it crashes. No errors no problems and no explanations (as far as I can see).

What should I do. I would download the software again but its several gb so I thought I'd post here first.

    unfortunately trying a reinstall is going to be the first step

    if you are using the web-based tool, configure it so it doesn't delete the install files after it finishes so you can try another reinstall if necessary
