Quartus II BSDL support for MAX 7000S

Question

Please forgive new-b questions. Am running free downloadable QII 13.0sp1; JTAG chain working great; devices in question are EPM7128S and EPM7160S (preconfigired). Is it possible to perform Boundary-Scan of these devices with only the stated QII (I have no access to original configuration files [ .pof, etc])? If so, this free version of QII13.0sp1 (_eda --bsdl) does not appear to support MAX 7000S with BSDL files. Does an earlier version of QII or other "online" download of BSDLs support MAX 7000S? Am I looking in the correct direction (BSDLs) in attempting Boundary-Scan of MAX 7000Ss? Thanks!

Found the BSDL downloads here: http://www.altera.com/download/board-layout-test/bsdl/max7k/max7k-index.jsp

Still not sure if am on the right track for boundary-scanning these devices. All help welcome.

I said "(preconfigured)",,,, that was a new-b mistake.  These devices are alraedy configured. ,,,, and I have zero experience with the program building/compilation process.
