Quartus II 9.1 LogicLock region creation issue

I noticed a possible bug (or "lack of feature") in the LogicLock region creation flow. If you merge design partitions to include multiple instances, then click on that partition and select Create New Logiclock Region, the resulting region will only contain the first instance in the merged design partition! You then have to go through the list and manually add all other instances to the existing region. It would make a lot more sense to me to automatically add all the instances in the merged partition to the new region by default.

    Yes, this is a bug in Quartus II 9.1. The issue is fixed in Quartus II 10.0.
