Quartus II 9.1 build222 PIN Problem

Hello Every one

Operating System Microsoft Windows 7

Quartus II 9.1 build222 10/21/2009 SJ Edition

problem is Assignment editor not show the pin incategory bar.

Please tell me what is wrong?

    Deepending on the involved device, that hasn't been mentioned, the pin may be unavailable as IO with the selected FPGA device settings.
