Quartus II 20.1 Text Editor Won't Open in TOOLs option

below options i can not see in the above window. i can see the option for few days before but accidently I could not see now. Any thing i missing or need to delete/Add some files. ...

You open this page by clicking Text Editor in the Options dialog box when you have a file open in the Quartus® Prime Text Editor.


The Text Editor Page (Options Dialog Box) will only be available when you have a file for example .v file opened in Quartus® Prime Text Editor

    Hi,

    I noticed that myself few years back.

    To me the option should always be available, irrelevant if a file is opened or not.

    Can this be fixed?
