Quartus II 14.1.0 License needed

I have a legacy product built with "Quartus II 64-Bit Version 14.1.0 Build 186 12/03/2014" and need a license for it to potentially fix a small issue. How do I go about getting one? I have the tool...

Could you create a premier account https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000057045/ethernet-products.html and post a case there?

We need your premier account id to get the download link. I can't find your email in database.
