Quartus II 13.0sp1

Question

Hello,
Quartus II v13.0 sp1 is not available to download anymore from the https://fpgasoftware.intel.com/   page, it says discontinued, but the pdf document that is referred to says that Quartus II 13.0 sp1 Lite and subscription editions are still continued. Can you please refer me to the link that allows downloading and installing  Quartus II v13.0 sp1 Lite?  I appreciate providing me with the download/install link for Quartus II 13.0 sp1 lite as soon as possible.

QuartusII Web (Lite) is back up on the download page as of this posting time (2022-01-09 10:00am PST).

Hi Miad,I am checking this internally and will let you know any update. I can see this at my end as well as 17 is the latest Quartus version can be downloaded.

Quartus 13.0sp1 was the LAST version to support the Cyclone/CycloneII series parts, as well as the MAX EPM3K/EPM7K CPLDs.
I use my downloaded version of QuartusII Web 13.0sp1 on Windows 10 64b all the time, so it runs just fine on Windows 10.
Altera used to leave old software up for access on an as-is basis, but Intel seems to want to take down old versions as soon as it can.

it takes you to a page that says Product Discontinuation Notice.
The is a PDF file that it refers to explaining the Discontinuance of some versions: https://www.intel.com/content/dam/www/programmable/us/en/pdfs/literature/pcn/adv2011.pdf
On the first page, it says: Intel® is announcing the discontinuance of all older versions of Intel® Quartus® IIsoftware Subscription Edition and Intel Quartus II software Web Edition released from2002 through 2013 (except Intel Quartus II software Subscription / Lite Edition versions13.1.4 and 13.0 SP1, which will remain available). 
Page 4 of the document also says the same thing.
So the version I need: Quartus II 13.0sp1 Lite should still be available, but that first link does not work. Can you please point me to the proper download link of Quartus II 13.0sp1 Lite?

I also have Quartus 13.0sp1 on my machine as I installed it a few years ago and it works fine. But my students now don't have access. Do you know of the link from Altera or Intel that has it?
