quartus_ii 12.0 install problem on cent os x64

first, thers are some permission problem, i chmod +x to some files.

and then, the installer progress bar stop at 1%, there are about 12M bytes files in the destination folders.

I think the required libraries are installed on my computer

Any body have meet this problem? thanks
