Quartus II & NIOS II tutorial for Linux?

Hello, every one

I'm new to altera. I just purchased Stratix III EP3SL150F1152 FPGA. And I've installed Altera Design Suite(in which the quartus version is 8.0) on Ubuntu 11.10.

After licensing, I booted quartus and NIOS, in which no tutorial material can be found.

And I can't find SOF,PTF file for Stratix III EP3SL150F1152 either.

I've installed the same version on window XP before, and I found tutorials like "my_first_fpga_tutorial.pdf" and "my_first_nios2_software_tutorial.pdf".

So, could anyone tell me where can I find these tutuorial material?

    The tutorials are usually installed with the development kit installation. I've only ever seen Windows versions of the installers. You could install under Windows, and copy the installed folder over to Linux. For example, use VirtualBox, install WinXP, install Quartus, and then install the kit. Then copy the files.
