Quartus Global Reset assignment

I noticed that it is not good practice to set partition and Logi-Lock to the gold_top module,

because its has many pins such as pcie, ddr2 etc.

So I create separate small module which has only clock and reset input and global reset output.

Now I can set partition and Lock the XY position to it.

Which means gold_top module is free from partition and Logi-Lock.

This is convienient when I use Signal-Tap II Logic analizer which requires large memory.
