Quartus FPGA Self Service Licensing Activation number invalid

When I log into Intel® FPGA Self-Service Licensing Center I don't see my Quartus license I just purchased, and I can't generate the license when I use my activation #, it just keeps saying Invalid Activation Number. When I choose All licenses it shows nothing there. Please Help!
