Quartus Design Assistant fails to report violations of rules problem solved?

Three articles in the Intel Knowledge Base say that the Design Assistant may fail to report violation of rules M103, M104 and R105 in Quartus versions 9.0 and later and that this problem is scheduled...

No update, thank you for your interest. I don't have the time to check if the Q19.3 Design Assistant has this issue solved.
