Quartus 7.2 not detecting USB blaster from windows 7 !!

Friends.. I don't get out of this problem.... :cry:

one of my friend has installed same Q7.2 on win 7-32 bit.. and his programmer is recognizing usb blaster easily, without any settings and support..!!!!

This is dangerous for my laptop....:cry:

please help me.. as I have cyclone 2 only.
