Quartus 6.0 software cant be downloaded

The software cannot be downloaded, it states at the website that the "file not found". Any ideas where can i get this 6.0 version. I need it to run DE2_WEB.rar demo on DE2 board.

I tried installed version 6 of quartus 2 with full subscription, i managed to obtained the license. Now i have a problem where my quartus programmer doesnt detect usb-blaster. Inside "my devices" the usb blaster is already installed. It works fine with versions 8,9, and 12. But this version wont detect it......
