Quartus 2 programmer doesn't detects EPC1441p8

Im really new to Quartus 2 and Eeprom programing in general, and i really need the configuration that these EPC's hold; i am currently connecting the USB Blaster to a CPU that has these EPC's, my ide...

Programming support is with the Altera Programming Unit (APU) and programming hardware from BP Microsystems, Data I/O, Elnec, System General and other third-party programmers.
