Quartus 2 7.0 Linux Trial?

How do i use the 30 day trial in quartus 2 linux? It says full license not available to run the quartus II software Unix GUI, you must specify a license file that contains a valid full license

Is it just me or does it look like quartus is a windows app thats been ported to linux with wine?
