Quartus 15.1 crashing when going for Tools...License Setup

On a less sarcastic note, if you look closely, it seems Quartus calls qFatal() on libQtCore.so.4 from PRDQ_PTE::update_line_edit().

This was not just an accidental crash, Quartus purposely aborted this process.
