Quartus 14+ MegaWizard plugin manager missing

Hello,

After installing i was unable to find mega-wizard plug-in manager. I usually work only with schematic file because of lack of normal hardware language understanding, and so far i was able to do all i need by this approach

If any one know how to make it as if in v13.1 ?

    It's now called the 'IP Catalog' and can be found under the 'Tools' menu. It opens as a window within your main Quartus window.
