Quartus 13 Crashing when loading project

I've had a project that has been corrupted in someway when I try to load it now it crashes Quartus, I have deleted the project in the directory and again it has failed to load, when I recreate the project in Quartus it continues to crash. The name of the project is feistelFunction. Why does quartus crash? I use quartus on an virtual machine on windows 7 and i believe it came corrupt when I didn't close my VM correctly. Is there anyway to stop this from happening?
