Quartus 13.1.0 - Stratix 3

I have installed Quartus 13.1.0 subscription edition on windows 10. No stratix devices are available when creating a project. Only arria 2, cyclone 3,4,5 and MAX devices show up. Here is the line ...

Download the correct .qdz file from the "Individual Files" tab on the web site and then re-run the device installer.
