Quartus 11.1 Service Pack 2 install

do i only need to install just service pack 2 or both service pack 1 and 2? (after installing quartus 11.1)

explanation

I installed Quartus 11.1 and I was planning to install just service pack 2. Normally you just install the latest service pack and it is done. But

But I saw different service pack notes for 1 and 2 on the website and confused. Funnyly there is no explanation and both service packs are there.

  • Includes several enhancements and bug fixes

    Hi, you need to install the following :

    11.1_173_quartus_windows.exe

    11.1_173_devices_stratix_hardcopy_windows.exe

    11.1_173_devices_cyclone_max_legacy_windows.exe

    11.1_173_devices_arria_windows.exe

    11.1_173_dsp_builder_windows.exe (If you need DSP builder)

    Followed by

    11.1sp2_259_quartus_windows.exe

    11.1sp2_259_dsp_builder_windows.exe

    In an altera doc, I read a few month ago that Quartus 12 was planned to week 18.

    I really hope that it will correct the impressive number of issues encoutered with the 11.x releases.
