Quartus 10 in Windows 2008 Server

Hi all, I installed the new version of on windows 2008 server. I copied a project generated from 9.1. When I run sopc builder and click generate, it gets hung at the "starting PTF elabor...

Quartus II isn't officially supported on Windows Server, not sure its tested there at all
