Quartus 10.0 won't install on Win7 x64

When trying to install 10.0 Web edition on Windows 7 x64 the installer hangs with the "Please waith while checking Internet connection". Yes, Internet connectivity is working just fine on this machin...

Downloading the full package instead of the installer works. Thanks for suggesting this.
