Quartus 10.0 won't install on Win7 x64

When trying to install 10.0 Web edition on Windows 7 x64 the installer hangs with the "Please waith while checking Internet connection". Yes, Internet connectivity is working just fine on this machin...

I'm not using the web edition but 10.0 on Win7 Ultimate 64 installed and is working just fine for me.

Try disabling _any_ virus checker prior to installing as that has caused issues for some.
