Super ContributorWhat Linux are you using? Platform Designer (previously called Qsys) is available on all supported OS's:
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/software/programmable/quartus-prime/download.html
Not having Platform Designer is not only tedious, but the tool is required for HPS hardware design.
