Propagation Delay

Hello,

can someone tell me what sense does Tpd (propagation delay) has for synchronous output data signals when they are set as fast outputs (it means that the registers are placed at IO pins) ? In my opinion Tpd should be the same for all outputs, but it differs for about 0.1ns in my case. Why ?

a propagation delay describes the delay of an asynchronous signal. It is the delay from an input pin through logic to an output pin.
