Project transition from 15.1 to 19.1

I have a project I built in version 15.1.
Now I go back to it and try to run them on 19.1 without success.
The project includes PCIe.
The error I get is:

"

Error (12252): Altgx_internal: error copying "C:/intelfpga_lite/19.1/quartus/../ip/altera/ip_compiler_for_pci_express/lib/altpcie_serdes_3cgx_x4d_gen1_08p.v": no such file or directory

"

Is there information on what I should do

    What is your target device? Did you try updating/regenerating the PCIe IP?

    Try to upgrade and regenerate the IP and rerun through the flow to see if any changes reflected.
