Project transition from 15.1 to 19.1

I have a project I built in version 15.1. Now I go back to it and try to run them on 19.1 without success. The project includes PCIe. The error I get is: " Error (12252): Altgx_internal: error...

Try to upgrade and regenerate the IP and rerun through the flow to see if any changes reflected.
