programming tool to download MAX10 firmware in 32-bit windows system

i am using 32-bits window system, and i would like to use this pc to do the firmware download to MAX10 FPGA. But the latest software which required to program the MAX10 required Quartus v14 and above...

Yes, i still have this problem. after installed the Quartus 14.1, i can install the USB Blaster driver for 32bit, but the "programmer" is still required 64bits PC to run. the Quartus 14.0 and above already required 64-bits system ...
