programming tool to download MAX10 firmware in 32-bit windows system

i am using 32-bits window system, and i would like to use this pc to do the firmware download to MAX10 FPGA. But the latest software which required to program the MAX10 required Quartus v14 and above...

Hi,

have you tried using an older version? If you have already the programming file it should work.
