Problem with running Nios II app in hardware

I'm using Nios II eds 10.1 version.

I've created new app with bsp from template (Hello world).

Once I'm trying to run it in hardware (NEEK Cyclone3 edition) and select hardware configuration the EDS stops responding and I end up with error "Java(TM) Platform SE binary in not responding"
