Problem with DMA Controller in Qsys

I am trying to add a DMA Controller in Qsys in Quartus Prime 16.1 but during generating the VHDL code it fails due to the following error: Can anyone advise how to resolve this? Thanks!

Can you try increase your computer ram to 32G? try a different machine?
