Problem to initialize M4K RAM from hex-file

Hi, I have created a Single-Port RAM definition (512 words, 9 bits wide) using the Quartus Megawizard, and use an Intel Hex file to initialize it,

the problem is that the first address is always set to 0x00, while all the other addresses get the correct values,

but when I open the hex file with the Quartus view tool the data in address 0 seems to be correct,

any idea ?

it's Quartus 12.1, Terasic DE-1 Board, Win7/64 bit
