Problem on install Quartus 9.1

Please, help.

I can not install "91_quartus_free.exe".

Twice read out it from your site. Files identical.

On two different computers a situation identical.

The size “91_quartus_free.exe” is equal 1 528 816 982 Bytes.

Operational system Windows XP SP2.

The process of installation begins and in 10-15 minutes stops with the message:

The following error occurred on file ‘C:\altera\91\quartus\common\help\webhelp\merjedProject\msgs\msgs\wddrtcl_must_be_same_clk_type.htm’

Figure of the screen of the display is attached to this letter.

If "to pass", a similar situation arises with the following files.

I shall be very grateful for your answer.
