Problem of Arria V FPGA Device and Quartus II edition

Recently, I used Arria V FPGA Device 5AGXFB3H4F40C5N and Quartus II 13.1, but I find timing is not very good.

Which edition of Quartus is the best edition for Arria V Device?

    The latest edition (15.1) supports Arria V although I'm not sure it will give you results that are any better. If it still doesn't meeting timing then you need to consider your design and whether your expectation of it's performance is appropriate.
