Problem in running Questa with Testbench

I have saved the testbench within the Addern.v file (attached). I can launch Questa from Quartus. But there are no inputs and outputs in the Objects window in Questa, as shown below:   Please a...

What steps have you followed in Quartus to get to this point?  Script generation, etc.

And there's no file attached to see what your testbench looks like.

If you're doing it manually, you have to manually add objects after compiling in Questa.
