12 years agoYes, i did exactly the same test on the other computer.
I think it is not basically a problem with UTF-8. The main problem is, that Quartus always thinks that the file has been changed and wan't to reload it. I did a test on my colleagues computer. When i modify a file, that contains UTF-8 characters, outside of Quartus, and reload it in Quartus, then these characters are also corrupted on both computers.
