Preserve Registers logic option

I am new to quartus II 9.1.Can anyone tell me where to turn on Preserve Register Logic option in assignment editor.Thanks in advance.:)

open the assignment editor and double click in the assignment field and choose :

Preserve Registers

or in case the register has no fan-out

Preserve Fan-out Free Register Node

Thanks for your prompt reply.But first i want to ask you one thing that i am using the web edition of quartus II.Is it possible to turn this setting on in this edition secondly as per your reply i cant find assignment field in my assignment editor.
