PowerPlay vectorless estimation

Hi,

I took some time to look into this, but couldn't find an answer. I'm trying to use PowerPlay to get thermal power dissipation by combination cell (see attached). When I use an input file, I get good answers in the power file (the total thermal power is what I'm looking at, 0.11 mW). However, if I try to use vectorless estimation to get these answers, I always get a result of 0 mW, which isn't realistic for the design. I tried different settings, but without using an input file, I always get 0 mW.

Has anybody run into this before or have any suggestions?
