PowerPlay Early Power - Cyclone III - No Device or Package selections for III family

Hello...I am wondering if anyone else is having this issue....the PowerPlay Early Power Estimator for Cyclone III, which is also the spreadsheet for the Cyclone 4 and 5, does not give you options for the Cyclone III Device or Packages!! You can select Cyclone III, but I dont see the options for which specific device or package for the III family. It seems to give you options for the V family. I want to simulate power for the Cyclone III EP40 device with QFP 240 pin package. But it doesnt come up on the list.
