PowerPlay Early Estimator Import Problem

I am using the PowerPlay Early Estimator for Cyclone II. I am trying to import a file generated by Quartus II 13.0sp1 (64-bit). The file is generated with 3 warnings, 0 errors. When PowerPlay Early imports it an error is generated: "Compile error in hidden module Module1."

Any solutions?
