PowerPlay discrepancy: Summary versus Hierarchy reports

Hi,

what's the diference between the Power dissipation estimation showed in the summary of powerplay report and the Thermal Power Dissipation by hierarchy report.

I found a great discrepancy between them.

The Total Thermal Power by Hierarchy (in the Top level) was 7.98mW while the Total Thermal Power in the summary was 200.45mW.

Anyone could help me, please?
