PLL Megawizard broken in Quartus 13.1?

I just noticed, that the PLL Megawizard does not start up in Quartus 13.1 any more, neither when creating a new component, nor when editing an existing one. The blue "Loading Megawizard" window short...

Hey,

so i switched back to the previous Quartus version and there everything works fine. In my Quartus version i was able to use the ALTMEMPHY module in Qsys

i havent tried to instantiate it in Quartus.

The ticket is submitted and maybe it will be fixed soon.
